Toosii Brought Out Young Thug, Jacquees & Unfoonk During His Atlanta Tour Stop
The NY native brought the city out during his Atlanta Thank You For Believing tour stop.
Toosii delivered an incredible, high energy performance at The Tabernacle on Monday night, bringing out rappers Young Thug and Unfoonk, and singer Jacquees. He performed fan favorites from his Thank You For Believing album, such as 5’5 featuring Latto, and ‘red die,’ as well as his release with Summer Walker‘s Love Cycle.
Amidst the recent Astroworld controversy, many have wondered how other artists would react to concertgoers experiencing some sort of crisis during a show. We were able to see Toosii’s reaction when two fans passed out mid performance. Both times, the rapper stopped the show and immediately called for security to help the person- giving them water to stay hydrated along with an announcement encouraging fans to take off any heavy coats they may be wearing in the crowd, causing them to overheat.
Prior to Toosii taking the stage at 9:45, the 18-year-old independent rapper Chibi LOL (LOL standing for Loyalty Over Love) set the tone for the night with his electrifying set. The talented ZayTheGoat took to the stage next. This set was very unique in that Zay choose to stay in the crowd and interact with the audience for much of his performance, and even brought some fans on stage with him as he performed On My Mind, from his 2020 EP Why Not Now. While all openers were incredibly talented and brought amazing energy, the crowd really went crazy when Lakeyah hit the stage. The female rapper and recent Quality Control signee went all out with her performance- which included background dancers who were just as high energy as she was.
Toosii’s Thank You For Believing Tour will be wrapping up soon, with the only remaining dates being in Myrtle Beach on 11/23, Charlotte on 11/24, and Raleigh on 11/27.
