Pix’d Out: Rihanna In Manhattan; Gets A New Tattoo
Rihanna was seen in Manhattan after an ink job at NYC East Village’s East Side Ink Wednesday night (Aug. 11). The new tattoo reads “Rebelle Fleur” which in French means “Rebellious Flower”.
