Drake Accepts Artist of the Decade Award at 2021 Billboard Music Awards

Drake is honored as Artist of the Decade at BBMAs.

Rap icon Drake has been given his flowers at this year’s 2021 Billboard Music Awards. Drake accepted his honorary Artist of the Decade Award at the BBMAs on Sunday night (May 23). Drake also brought up his tearful son Adonis who appeared terrified at the crowd during his acceptance speech of Artist of the Decade.

 Drake was up for a number of awards at last night’s BBMAs. He was nominated for Top Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Streaming Song (“Life Is Good”), and Top Rap Artist. He won the trophy for Top Streaming Songs Artist earlier in the night.

Drake’s upcoming sixth studio LP Certified Lover Boy (OVO Sound / Republic) is due later this Summer 2021. Watch the acceptance speech above.
