XXL’s youngest freshman, Diggy Simmons, celebrated his 16th birthday party in style of course. Diggy celebrated a year older with a private party at Lucky Strikes Lane in New York City on Saturday night (Mar. 26) with friends and family including sister Angela Simmons and friends Quincy Brown and Justin Combs.
