Jay-Z shares his second annual year end playlist for 2019. The list is hand-picked selections from his favorite hip-hop and R&B tracks from beginning of year to end. Artists such as Drake, Young Thug, Megan Thee Stallion, Never Broke Again YoungBoy, and many more made the coveted list.

Hip-hop artist, Russ, took to Twitter to celebrate the acknowledgment from one of hip-hop’s legends.
