Janet Jackson Covers Essence

Queen of Pop, Janet Jackson, covers the August 2010 issue of Essence Magazine. Ms. Jackson is also headlining the  2010 Essence Music Festival this year. She performed 31 chart topping hits in her set the opening night Friday (Jul. 2) from 11:30PM til 1:40AM in the morning. Janet’s latest project will be another movie directed by Tyler Perry titled, “For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf,” which also casts Mariah Carey, Phliycia Rashad, Whoopi Goldberg and more, due in theaters next year.
