Lucky Daye is ready to confess & profess.
The R&B crooner Lucky Daye releases a new music video for ‘Fuckin’ Sound’ from his sophomore album titled Candydrip (Keep Cool / RCA). Directed by Kanya Iwana, the visual begins with Lucky in a church speaking to a priest about a love interest that works at the church. Daye’s confession of his inappropriate thoughts turns into a full-on sex session inside the cathedral.
The music video is released fresh off announcement of Daye’s two Grammy nominations. Lucky is nominated for the 2023 Grammy Awards for ‘Best R&B Album’ (Candydrip) & ’Best R&B Performance’ (Over). He is nominated as a songwriter involved in Beyonce’s 2022 release ‘Renaissance’ as well as Mary J. Blige’s latest album, ‘Good Morning Gorgeous’.
