SZA Announces Her Sophomore Album Is Finished
New SZA is on the way.
On Sunday, SZA tells Variety at the 64th annual Grammy Awards, “I just finished it up in Hawaii. And it’s coming soon! I think it’s my most unisex album. I think it’s for everyone. I think it’s my most unisex album.” SZA’s critically-acclaimed debut album, Ctrl, was released in 2017. This will mark her highly anticipated return with a full LP in the last 5 years.
SZA picked up a Grammy win along with Doja Cat for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for ‘Kiss Me More’. Doja Cat hilariously ran from the bathroom to accept the award along with a mysteriously injured SZA on crutches. SZA revealed via her Instagram page that she broke her ankle along with photos of the breaking of the bone.

The singer has yet to title her album, but he album will feature production by The Neptunes (‘Hit Different‘) & Timbaland (‘Shirt‘).
