Apple just changed the music-streaming service game.
New York City’s radio DJ of HOT 97, Ebro Darden, will join Zane Lowe who will be in Los Angeles and Julie Adenuga in London for a radio collective started by Apple for Beats 1 Radio. Beats 1 Radio will be included with the new Apple Music streaming service starting at $9.99 for individual use and $14.99 for an up to 6-person family plan.
Beats 1 will broadcast live to more than 100 countries, mixing news, interviews and guest hosts with tons of music. It will, Apple says, highlight “the best of what’s going on in the world of music.”
Special congratulations to Ebro Darden on this amazing new journey and we look forward to hearing him on the waves of Beats 1 Radio.
