Hip hop game changer, Drizzy Drake manages to strike gold in the first week and come in at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 200 this week. Despite the predictions about him selling at least as much as labelmate President Lil’ Wayne did with his album The Carter III. Thank Me Later sold a total of 462, 989 counted within the first week of release. Sales may have been higher hadn’t the album been leaked weeks prior but it’s still in line for the top the biggest debuts in 2010. Great job Drake, it’s far from over! Check out the video of the meet and greet that was held Monday (Jun. 21) in T.O. after the cut!
